Thanks for the hint. I reinstalled J and ran it as administrator, than it 
works.

Bad address suggests a configuration problem, typically either dns or proxy 
configuration.

Using wget with the -d option might give you additional information (I don't 
know if the version of wget included in your copy of J supports -d, and am not 
in a position right now to test that. I also don't know which version of J901 
you are working with. But I think I remember that under windows, the wget will 
be included under the j901
directory.)

That said, if running wget manually doesn't work nor help, you might try a 
different copy of wget?
