I am a little puzzled by this. Regex is part of the base installation,
not an addon. Jd has its own copy of regex for historical reasons, but
this should not be needed by tgsjo.

Is it that the macos-fix.command should also call xattr on
tools/regex/libjpcre2.dylib?
