What is the correct way to specify M. for a definition using {{}}:
{{ M. ... }} or {{ ... }} M.?

PS. the relevant NuVoc pages do not hint at the correct syntax - I tried
both and neither seem to work (but perhaps I got another bug in my code
so want to make sure). Also might have missed it.
