People, I propose that Gump should identify itself as Apache Gump
rather than with the name of the person that onw the project.
Fine with me, but Gump needs to use an address that is subscribed to the -dev list (or a benevolent moderator).
We can use the pattern "Gump @ Host" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
