I have a sneaky suspicion that Python's treating "" and [] both as 'false'
(or unset) will not be your friend here, sorry.
Could you and/or Stefan explain what <noclasspath/> is meant to do, and why
it is wanted? Doing this via the xdocs would be appreciated...
