Why?
To explain the current situation: When you run Ant from the command
line, Ant will set it inside its wrapper script. Since we don't run
the wrapper script in Gump, it doesn't get set. Projects that need it
have by now explicitly set it inside the descriptor.
I just added a project (antworks-antlets) that needs it, but forgot to
set it.
It seems like it is something that people would expect from and and we
should have it there by default.
