Ahh, I wondered. That external party would be me, testing the branch of Gump that uses DOM not SAX/xmlutils. I had a problem where things weren't acting 100% as current Gump did & some subtle failures. I'll try to see how this thing decided it was an official build, and to send mail. Hopefully I'll stop it doing so again (until well tested).
