why do we not do in python like in the script before
read the environment variable JAVA_HOME, and put $JAVA_HOME/lib/tools.jar in the
classpath ?

Description:
I had a version of log4j in my CLASSPATH that cause ant-bootstrap to fail. gumpy
should blank CLASSPATH before starting.
