Gump will let the Apollo people know, but I pretty much doubt that we'll get close to that soon since there are still a couple of dependencies to resolve before Maven will even try to build Apollo.
and I just realized that a) i forgot the license snippet and b) I'm going to put this code in Geronimo as we're going to do an impl.
I'll fix the Jira and see if the Apollo peeps want to depend upon the spec jar from Geronimo
