[gump3] mavenization2 of dynagump completed

I've completed the mavenization2 of dynagump and I've cleaned it up so 
that now we can actually build it and use it.

svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/gump/branches/gump3/dynagump/
cd dynagump
mvn package
mvn jetty6:run
then open http://127.0.0.1:8080/ and enjoy :-)
