There is a delay between a change happening in committer CVS and it becoming available on public CVS at sourceforge, They use two different CVS repositories and sync them (later rather than sooner). There isn't much we can do at our side other than wait. I just did a "cvs up" on vmgump manually without any problems - and without receiving any changes.
