vmgump now has Mono 1.2.3.1 installed.

I have done the job on Clarus... looks like the OSX Package automatically performs the upgrade when invoked:

clarus:/Volumes/MonoFramework-1.2.3.1 admin$ sudo installer -pkg MonoFramework-1.2.3.1_0.macos10.novell.universal.pkg -target /

installer: Upgrading volume mounted at /.
