Hello All, I have been testing hdfs and have been very happy. Currently, I run it on a 200 node cluster equating to 250TB :-). So far everything has been good. My question is I would like to replace my namenode to something more reliable. Is there an easy way to do this?
I am thinking of rsycing the namenode metadata (not sure where it is, but I am hoping someone guide me to that) to the new node and have all datanode's conf/core-site.xml point to new node. That should be it, correct? TIA
