:-) I am glad to hear that a general Corporate CLA from Gluecode is in
process.

I know that you know this, which is why you're doing it, but for those who
don't understand ...

Depending upon one's contract, an individual who is working for someone else
may not have the legal authority to provide a license grant.

 - a Software Grant covers a specific contribution, which is a snapshot.
 - a CLA provides an individual's grant to the ASF for past,
   present and future contributions.
 - a Corporate CLA is a clear statement from an employer that it provides
   a license grant for past, present and future IP it is contributing,
   and authorizes its employees to make continuing contributions on its
behalf.
