Hiya,
Just added the logo to the directory project in the incubator:
http://incubator.apache.org/directory
This will go away the next time the site is generated and published. Basically the changes have been made only to the cvs repo holding the generated files.
If anyone else has a maven generated website I have a shell script they can use to make the alteration to their generated sitedocs:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/incubator-directory/add_apachecon_logo.sh
Just run it at the top level for your sitedocs. Make sure you run it only once and check that your version of find supports the -regex option (gfind does) .

Folks,
From the ApacheCon committee:
Please put something like this on your front page 'above the fold':
--------------
<a href="http://ApacheCon.Com/2004/US/"> <img src="http://ApacheCon.Com/2004/US/logos/logo_only.gif" width="170" height="100" alt="ApacheCon!" title="Come to ApacheCon!" border="0" /> </a>
---------------
I've already done the logo application for the JAMES web site (anakia tooling). Would someone please do this for the Incubator (forrest) site?
And someone from each incubator project should also commit a similar change
to each project's site.
