Other good sites: javalobby, developerWorks. Some in the proposed list are
mostly Java (like theservverside, javaworld and javalobby), while others are
more open (o'reilly, infoq, developerworks). There are some other important
sites for other communities (Ruby Inside in ruby for example) but they usually
attract a smaller audience.
