Something like Martin's post to general@ [2] would be a great addition to your report as it gives a much better overview of Etch status and the reason why you believe the project is ready to graduate. I agree with Martin's summary, so I'll bump Etch up from the "low diversity" label it was assigned in March to "ready to graduate" now.
