Nice Proposal, looking forward to see jcloud flourish in Apache. Glad to see such a overwhelming mentor support.
I am interested to see this as an abstraction for Apache Airavata, I do not think you need more mentors, but I will be happy to help as needed as well (either onboard as mentor or on this list).
