A couple of notes on the release. If they're simple enough to fix, I would like to see them fixes for this release. If not next release.
- docs/NOTICE - this seems to be referring to Apache Maven Site Plugin, not Ranger - NOTICE.txt - wrong copyright years (pre-incubation?)
