The original code included a website where the code was downloaded from but
the address was no longer valid. So I found a version with the BSD 3
license. I downloaded the files and compared them to Trafodion files. I was
concerned that they might be different and that Trafodion may have made
enough changes to deserve a separate copyright.

The files did have several differences, for example, Trafodion changed some
of the method names but the basic logic was the same. So I felt that I
could replace the license and that we didn't need a separate copyright;
that is, the files were similar enough. These files are stable.

I also updated the web site location in the code to point to the BSD 3
files.
