- If samoa is using git-wip-us then they already have access as they are committers on incubator (this was likely done by secretary) - If samoa is using gitbox/github then they already have access as they are committers on samoa (this may have also been done by secretary) I checked https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/samoa to confirm membership of both. You (as well as the rest of the samoa PPMC) should have access to this page to manipulate the roster. Is there anything that they can't do?
