The YAML files were created as an eventual replacement for the content in the
XML files since it was already noticed that much of the data is duplicated in
other locations. The YAML were meant to be a minimal representation of the
data not found in other sources, and is currently used to display information
in whimsy for the podling whenever it is filled out.
