Hello, The Apache PLC4X podling community has successfully[0] voted[1] to graduate to a top-level project (Even seem to have mis-counted the +1 votes). Accordingly, I'm bringing the resolution up for an IPMC VOTE.
The podling vote result was: Overall: 9 x +1 votes, 0 x -1 votes 8 binding +1 votes: Christofer Dutz, Tim Mitsch, Julian Feinauer, Greg Trasuk, Sebastian Rühl, Justin Mclean, Markus Sommer, Stefan Bodewig 1 non-binding +1 vote: Andreas Oswald No 0 or -1. Since entering the Incubator in 2017, the Apache PLC4X community has: * sent 1.908 emails by 57 participants in the mailing lists [2] * successfully produced 4 project releases * setup a complete website including project documentation * added 4 new committers/PPMC members * built a diverse group of committers from multiple different employers * had more than 108 JIRA tickets opened with 59 closed (Open ones are mostly marker issues) * completed the project maturity model with positive responses [3] (except where it contradicts the incubator rules) Here's my binding +1.
