The README is not the first thing on the page. Usually that sort of reference gets sorted after the repository is moved from another org to GitHub, or done prior to migrating it when the podling still has admin rights on the repo. The README *must* say Apache Kvrocks, it would be nice if it said Apache Kvrocks (incubating) but it's not a requirement. Usually the issue with headlines is that they get very long. On a 1080p monitor, the text Apache Kvrocks (incubating) gets very close to the navigation area.
