Hi Justin, Thanks for bringing this up. I have created a Github issue <https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/21036> to track these changes and work on a solution to proactively deal with these violations. We have reached out to a few companies that were in violation, but have not yet received any indication that they will fix them. In this case, what are your suggestions on how to deal with these? Do we have legal resources at Apache that could assist?
