Thanks for the clarification. I can find an email vote from David/lindogdai but cannot find a vote from Willion Guowei, there is a vote from a similar name but the email address used is not on file with the ASF, as a result no way to verify it.
I'll assume for now it's just a clerical error and that the email should be on file.
