Problems found:
- Release files don't have the word "incubating" in their names
- No DISCLAIMER file found
- The NOTICE years of the META-INFO/NOTICE file nested in the generated
shading jars are not correct ("Copyright 2023-2023" expected but "Copyright
2006-2023" presented)
There are more requirements as an incubator project instead of a
sub-project of TLP. Please refer to this document [1] for more details to
check an incubator release candidate.
