Being one of the projects mentors as well as one of its active contributors, I
also support this.
The team is not as huge as I would have liked it to become, but I don't think
there's much the project can still learn in the incubator.

The project provides cross cutting services to other apache projects and these
types of projects are historically always smaller.

So +1 from my side (ipmc + ppmc)

Subject: Re: [DISCUSS] Graduate Apache Training (Incubating) to Top-Level
Project

Hi Rich,

Thanks for the proposal. The project’s recent progress and alignment with ASF
values are clear. I support moving forward to a vote.

One suggestion: Can teh project consider ways to help other projects discover
and contribute to the training materials?

Kind regards,
Justin Mclean
