Not sure why it was done that way, but it’s the default for other presentations 
as well. I’d guess it's because you generally move forward through a 
presentation, or it might indicate “focus” as the space bar advances the 
presentation.

A vote can be used to confirm or record consensus, and that is more common than 
votes used to move forward when people disagree. Note "stress that votes record 
consensus” in the speaker notes. I’ve changed it to " Votes can record 
consensus”.

Fixed.

> 44: what is "Repeated release"?

Repeated release issues, i.e. a podling keeps making the same mistakes and not 
learning from release feedback.

> 56 'One person doing all work" should be "One person doing all the work"
