Hi, To help new podlings, I’ve drafted two onboarding guides: - Podling PPMC Onboarding. [1] This explains the role of the PPMC in relation to committers, mentors, the IPMC, and the Board. - Podling Committer Onboarding. [2] A plain-language orientation for new committers in incubating projects.
These are not replacements for the ASF policy document or existing Incubator documents; they are complements, pulling key requirements together and adding cultural and practical context, with FAQs for common incubation scenarios.
