Are those “Grad%” and “Retire%” useful and accurate? Looking at the line from 
this year it implies that 10 projects entered and retired in the space of a few 
months.  I think the percentages should not be on the Entered column, but a new 
one that is “Incubation Count” or similar.  Or am I reading it wrong?
