Hi, With your podling now officially graduated from the Apache Incubator, your mentorship role is nearing completion.
First, thank you for your time, effort, and guidance throughout the incubation process. Your support has been instrumental in helping the podling grow into a self-governing Apache project. As you finish up, here are a few optional next steps you might want to consider: Reflect on Your Mentorship - Take a moment to reflect on your mentorship journey: What worked well? What challenges did you face? - Revisit the Mentor Onboarding Guide [1] and Best Practices for Mentors [2] with your experience in mind. - Add your story to the incubator case studies [3] - If you have ideas for improving these resources, please let us know. Your feedback can help future mentors. Share Feedback - To the Graduated Podling: Consider sending a brief note of encouragement, highlighting the community’s strengths and any areas to watch as they continue their journey as a TLP. - To the IPMC: We also welcome any feedback on the Incubator process, including what worked, what didn’t, and where we could improve. Continue or Step Away - You’re welcome to remain an active member of the IPMC, helping other podlings grow and succeed. - If you prefer to step back, you can resign from the IPMC at any time. Just let us know. Once again, thank you for volunteering your time and expertise. Mentorship is one of the most important contributions to the ASF, and the Incubator thrives because of dedicated mentors like you.
