[~aicam] can you name another user and if they have attempted to edit the page?
I am not an expert on how Infra manage these permissions but I thought they
were likely related to the LDAP groups. So if someone has a similar LDAP setup
to you, they should have similar access. There is an incubator LDAP group with
all the Apache IDs that are committers in the Incubator project.
