Hi all, >From my perspective as a mentor, I have not seen any individual contributor or single organization exercising disproportionate influence over the Gluten community. However, I'd also encourage the community to maintain an online page for PMC members and committers with their organizational affiliations, e.g. [1][2].
For PR merge ratio and time-to merge metrics, I wrote a small tool to help me evaluate[3]: ================ Pulse Summary: last 6 months ================ Window: 2025-07-09T07:00:33.188752+00:00 ~ 2026-01-05T07:00:33.188752+00:00 Commits: 669 (authors: 53) PRs opened: 828 PRs closed: 853 PRs merged: 682 Merge ratio (merged/closed): 80.0% Time to merge (for PRs merged in window) Mean: 153.76 hours Median: 28.00 hours P90: 308.95 hours The megre ratio looks ok to me and the relatively short median time‑to‑merge is partly explained by the use of automation such as GlutenPerfBot[4] for routine or mechanical PRs, which can be merged quickly.
