Dear IPMC members, This is a vote to recommend graduating Apache Gluten from the Apache Incubator and establishing it as a Top Level Project (TLP) of the Apache Software Foundation.
Apache Gluten has been incubating since 2023-12-15. The PPMC believes that the project has successfully completed incubation and is ready to graduate. There is a graduation discussion thread at: [1] with valuable feedback received, now fully addressed with no outstanding objections.
