Having gone through the discussions, project history, etc…

+1 (binding).

My notes:

a) Could we please avoid keeping long-lived / governance-relevant project
information only in Google Docs (not ASF-controlled), e.g.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qBIxClspQA--uQB0MS3LQO-uEDjdXtbqMPSRNbgeKdk

Using Google Docs for collaborative drafting is totally reasonable, but it
would be helpful to also copy or export a stable version into ASF
infrastructure (e.g., cwiki / a repo / an attached PDF) so the project’s
governance history remains durable and accessible.

Fantastic to see this topic being raised explicitly. Beyond meeting the formal
graduation criteria, it’s important that the project keep investing in how it
communicates and resolves disagreements—consistently, not as a one-off—so the
community stays welcoming, transparent, and healthy over the long term.
