Hi
While reviewing Apache PouchDB (Incubating), I noticed something that likely needs attention. The project appears active and has made good progress in incubation. However, at around 12 months in, there is still no clear ASF release. Looking at the project website at pouchdb.apache.org, obviously some work is needed, and pouchdb.com <http://pouchdb.com/> still exists where it shouldn't. This creates a situation where: - There is no visible ASF-distributed release - The Apache project site does not represent the current state of the project - The old project site should redirect to the ASF site At this stage, the priority for PouchDB should be: - producing a first ASF release - ensuring releases are done through the ASF process - aligning the project website with the Apache distribution model Interested in thoughts from the project's mentors on how best to address this.
