Thanks to everyone who took the time to verify. Proceeding with the
release: svn move from dist/dev to dist/release, push the wheel to PyPI,
and announce. Following up with publishing the download page on
burr.apache.org.
Justin's three follow-ups (cleanup of pre-incubator GitHub releases, the
placeholder PyPI listing, and the missing download page) will be
addressed as part of the release rollout or shortly thereafter.
