Hi everyone, Following the discussion ( https://lists.apache.org/thread/655kmqygdjofoj48dggj8yr0hm779p8c), this is a vote to recommend graduating Apache Livy from the Apache Incubator and establishing it as a Top Level Project (TLP) of the Apache Software Foundation.
Apache Livy has been incubating since 2017-06-05. The PPMC believes that the project has successfully completed incubation and is ready to graduate.
