Hi everyone,

I would like to provide additional context regarding ResilientDB's
graduation. We have completed an internal PPMC vote on this matter, and the
results can be found here:
https://lists.apache.org/thread/97f56q4q0rllkzp9y261g4vo12pnd537

We have also finalized and internally voted on both the resolution draft
and the appointment of the PMC Chair for Apache ResilientDB.

Additionally, here are the most updated project statistics (technically, we
have had three official Apache releases):
  - Three main releases: 1.10.0, 1.11.0, and 1.12.0
  - 277 forks and 168 stars on the GitHub repository
  - 185 PRs closed
  - 53 contributors
  - 40 committers/PPMC members
