The graduation vote has passed in incubator: https://lists.apache.org/thread/zy74g758qg2ymobgmncllvs2h93yy4d8 ; and be it further … This construction is simply incorrect: 1. The purpose of Fluss is not to establish Fluss. What does Fluss provide? 2. The graduation vote is not relevant and I’ve never seen it in a resolution. 3.
