You can try to find the contact to the site owner, and when desired, you may keep trademarks@ in cc so that the Brand Management Committee would be informed. Other ASF projects' PMC, if affected, should do the same thing as well. You may send an email to private@<project>.apache.org to notify them about such potential issues.
