The premise is incorrect. There are no "leadership roles" within our
technical communities. It is a group of equals.

We do have a finite set of Officers of the Foundation (which is generally
orthogonal to the work done in our communities), but we generally don't
apply limits to the number of offices one can hold. People self-govern to
just a few maximum, based on their time and interests.

There are no limits other than a volunteer's time they are willing to
contribute.
