- The source archive retains Dockerfile and README instructions that build xtable-utilities, but xtable-utilities is excluded from the voting source artifact. As a result, the documented `docker build . -t xtable` path fails deterministically from the released source. - The staged xtable-spark-runtime_2.12 convenience binary bundles Checker Framework classes, but META-INF/LICENSE does not include the corresponding MIT license and copyright text.
