Hi, -1 (binding) due to /PathMap.js issues
I checked: - "incubating" is in both names - SHA512 checksums match - signatures are good - LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER are present in both archives and DISCLAIMER matches the standard Incubator text - the Apache License 2.0 text in both LICENSE files is now the correct text, so the altered "control" definition fixed - the source zip matches tag v2.7.0 at b08ffbd1c537ee8d4a4c2ddf07f74589b873c3f2 byte for byte, same hash as the vote email, no file added or removed - no compiled code in the source release - the binary tarball root now carries LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER - bootstrap.css carries its Bootstrap v3.0.3 / Copyright 2013 Twitter, Inc. banner again, and font-awesome.css its Font Awesome banner - the antlr grammar files and their generated parser package are covered in LICENSE with the grammars-v4 MIT text - mvnw and mvnw.cmd are now listed in LICENSE - the dev@ vote has four PPMC +1s and no issues raised I’ll note that all 5 issues from RC1 have been fixed. However, there is an older issue that has not been: saga/seata-saga-statemachine-designer/src/render/PathMap.js is from Snap.svg's code under an ASF header. I notice that the copied from line has been removed and the header not changed- why is that? 3rd-party code should not have ASF headers. Snap.svg also has a NOTICE file and the top line needs to be copied into this project's NOTICE file. Docker Hub apache/seata-server has 2.7.0, 2.7.0.jdk17/21/25, and latest, all pushed on 2026-09-05; this was before the dev@ vote opened on 6 September and a week before this IPMC vote. A project cannot publish unreleased software like this, and latest must point to the last official release. [1] Some other minor issues: - In the binary LICENSE, line 787 reads "babel-plugin-emotion/node_modules/babel-plugin-macros 2.8.0 MIT see licenses/babel-plugin-emotion-MIT” which is not the correct license. - In three places, the binary NOTICE reproduces the full "Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 … limitations under the License” block; that is not correct. The license text belongs in LICENSE.
