We confirmed each item on the current RC: 1) saga/seata-saga-statemachine-designer/src/render/PathMap.js is Snap.svg code under an ASF header. The "copied from" line was removed and the header was not restored. Third-party code must not carry an ASF header. We will restore the upstream header and copy the Snap.svg NOTICE first line into this project's NOTICE. 2) Docker Hub apache/seata-server has 2.7.0, 2.7.0.jdk17/21/25, and latest, pushed on 2026-09-05 before the community vote. A project cannot publish unreleased software this way, and latest must point to the last official release. We will remove the unreleased tags and stop CI from publishing release tags on an unreleased branch. 3) In the binary LICENSE, babel-plugin-macros is mapped to the babel-plugin-emotion MIT file. We will correct that mapping. 4) In three places, the binary NOTICE reproduces the Apache License 2.0 terms. That text belongs in LICENSE. We will remove it from NOTICE.
