The logging toolkit depends on cli, which remains in framework.
The framework depends on the logging toolkit.
In case you hadn't noticed, I think that binaries in CVS are a bad idea.
For now, I'm willing to live and let live, but please do likewise.

I used to be able to build framework from source. The current split does
not appear to be clean, and I no longer appear to be able to do so.
Is it possible to do a clean split?
