Guess it depends on what "fully" means. I'm guessing thats marketing speak
for "99.9%", since as engineers we know it's impossible to achieve 100%. So
it comes down to what is reasonable to include in that 0.1%.
I just can't see how they can get out of it... I mean not improving JDBC
isn't such a great idea is it?
