I am in Canada, probably the safest place in the world, so I am fortunate to

I will gather the names of the committers and pass the info on the Sam or
Brian so they can make the accounts. I'll also make the request for the
mailing lists.
Do we know that all the current lucene committers have agreed to the switch?
