A minimum of three are required to publish a release. You could
grandfather Nicholas Lesiecki in now, assuming Jari doesn't object.
Brian B will need either the names of their existing Apache accounts, or
the account name they would like to use and an eamil for the password.

This dovetails with the CVS. Once this is setup, you should be able to
login into apache.jakart.org, and follow the instructions at the bottom
of < http://jakarta.apache.org/site/jakarta-site2.html >.

There are only a few questions. If you have an Jyve account setup, you
can do this should just be able to do this by hand. (Or just borrow mine
again ;-)
